Bad costumer service in Paxful

When will
@paxful improve his costumers service?? Yesterday, one scammer oponed a trade, marked as paid, he supplanted as moderator and sent a fake link. I have reported it. But still no one answer. Contact blocked by 19 persons in 3 weeks. Please do something, some are affected.
I have to mention that I contacted Paxful in addition to the report someone, I sent a private twiter. Until now no answer. The trade is already with some amount I cannot take back as the scammer marked it as paid. If I do Dispute, the way how Paxful is doing is very annoying. I try to do a dispute in another trade. At the end I finished releasing the bitcoin as I got no one answer. I really don't understand why they do so complex, and they left the scammers very wide open doors.Other claim I did (Since February)was with other scammer who took +5000 HKD, until now no solution to that.
How they left scammers that way??
